This charter applies to any person who sends their medical documents to the Company (hereinafter "the Patient") by any means of communication (website, messaging, email, or other).
The Company receives, organizes, and analyzes medical documents voluntarily submitted by the Patient, exclusively in a non-medical context. It does not perform any medical procedures, make any diagnoses, interpret any clinical examinations, or propose any treatments. All analysis is strictly non-medical and is intended to facilitate understanding and organization of the Patient's healthcare journey.
The Patient may submit any useful documents: reports, assessments, test results, letters, prescriptions, estimates, administrative documents, imaging (reports), or any other document submitted voluntarily. The Patient acknowledges that they are submitting these documents under their own responsibility.
The Company may clarify, organize, and summarize documents in non-medical terms, provide explanations in layman's terms, help prepare for consultations, assist in understanding estimates and procedures, and facilitate administrative exchanges with healthcare institutions. It never intervenes in diagnosis, clinical interpretation, the choice or modification of treatment, or any act reserved for regulated healthcare professionals.

The Patient acknowledges that the Company does not practice medicine. The information provided is informative, administrative, and organizational, and does not constitute a diagnosis, medical advice, or therapeutic recommendation. The Company cannot be held responsible for any diagnosis, treatment, complication, or medical consequence. All health decisions are the responsibility of a qualified physician. The Patient remains responsible for their choices.
The authorization is valid for the duration of the support. It may be withdrawn at any time by written request (email or message). The Company will then cease all analysis and may delete the documents upon request.
By transmitting his/her medical documents to the Company by any means, the Patient confirms that he/she has read, understood, and accepted this charter, and gives his/her free and informed consent for their non-medical analysis.
